Ananya Panday is back on screen and this time, she’s diving into the world of AI in Netflix’s upcoming cyber thriller, “CTRL.” The trailer for the film, released today, offers a tantalizing glimpse into a story that blends romance, mystery, and the ever-evolving landscape of technology.
Ananya stars as Nella Awasthi, a woman grappling with the aftermath of a painful breakup. Seeking solace, she turns to CTRL, an AI character on a social platform. Initially, things seem to be going well for Nella, but as Joe (Vihaan Samat), her ex-boyfriend, mysteriously disappears, Nella begins to question the role CTRL plays in this unsettling turn of events.
Directed by Vikramaditya Motwane and produced by Nikhil Dwivedi and Arya Menon, “CTRL” promises a captivating cinematic experience. With music by Sneha Khanwalkar, the film is set to premiere on Netflix on October 4th, 2024.
