The makers of the highly anticipated Tamil film Amaran, starring Sivakarthikeyan and Sai Pallavi, have announced the release date for their second single, “Vennilavu Saaral.” The melodious track, composed by GV Prakash Kumar, will be unveiled tomorrow, September 17th, at 11 am.
Amaran, directed by Rajkumar Periasamy, is set to hit theatres on Diwali, promising a festive treat for moviegoers. The film tells the inspiring story of Major Mukund Varadarajan, a commissioned officer in the Indian Army’s Rajput Regiment. Based on Shiv Aroor and Rahul Singh’s acclaimed book India’s Most Fearless, the narrative follows Mukund’s courageous act during a counterterrorism operation in Jammu and Kashmir, for which he was posthumously awarded the Ashok Chakra.
The technical crew behind Amaran boasts a talented lineup: CH Sai handles cinematography, Kalaivanan takes charge of editing, and Stefan Richter brings his expertise in stunt direction. Produced by Kamal Haasan’s Raaj Kamal Films International in collaboration with Sony Pictures International Productions, Amaran is generating significant buzz ahead of its release.
