2. Right of Reply:

News reports should include comments or versions from individuals or parties mentioned in the article, especially when allegations are made.
If a response is received after publication, we will incorporate it appropriately, clearly indicating the date of the update.

3. Corrections and Retractions:

We take responsibility for our reporting and will promptly correct any factual errors.
Upon receiving verifiable information from concerned parties, we will edit or delete inaccurate content. If an entire article is found to be false, it will be removed.

4. Respect for Intellectual Property Rights:

5. Sensitive Reporting:

We adhere to the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000, particularly Sections 67, 67A, and 67B, regarding the publication of obscene or sexually explicit material.

6. Grievance Redressal:

As an intermediary under the Information Technology Act, 2000, we follow the grievance redressal mechanism outlined therein.
We have a designated grievance officer whose contact details are available on our website. Complaints will be addressed within 36 hours of receipt and resolved within one month.

7. Training and Awareness:

We conduct regular training programs for our editorial staff on relevant laws, ethical guidelines, and best practices in journalism.
This includes training on reporting sensitive issues responsibly, protecting sources, and avoiding bias.
