The Tamil action drama film Vettaiyan, starring Rajinikanth in the lead role, has continued its impressive run at the box office. According to early estimates, the movie earned around ₹4.25 Cr India net on its sixth day of release.
This brings the total six-day collection for Vettaiyan to an estimated ₹114.60 Cr India net, a significant addition to its initial five-day earnings of ₹110.35 Cr India net. The film’s strong performance at the box office is a testament to Rajinikanth’s massive fan base and the engaging storyline.
Directed by T.J. Gnanavel and produced by Subaskaran Allirajah’s Lyca Productions, Vettaiyan has received positive reviews from critics and audiences alike. The movie follows the story of Athiyan, a senior police officer played by Rajinikanth, who is investigating the murder of a teacher.
